The 2012-2013 DRAFT Annual Report for the Incorporated Village of Lloyd Harbor Storm Water Management Program is presented below in order to solicit comments  from the general public with regard to our program. The report will be presented at the May 20, 2013 Board of Trustees meeting.  If you would like to comment on this report, please submit all comments to the following email address by May 24, 2013:

Tree Removal Permits Required

Spring is in the air and many residents are turning their attention to sprucing up their lawns and landscapes.   The Village requires permits for tree removals and major pruning.  Tree-trimming and cutting businesses need to be registered with the Village.  A list of registered contractors is available at the Village Hall.   Please make sure that you have secured a permit for tree removal and that your contractor is currently registered with the Village.  Permit and arborist registration forms are available under Forms on this website as well as at the Village Hall.

2013 Harbor Use permit fees

1. Residents $35,

2. Non-residents $260,

3. Yacht clubs $900.

4. Dinghy/kayak rack permits at Village Park $35

The Lloyd Harbor Village Park is now open for bathing, tennis, boating, and summer camp!  You can purchase your park stickers at the booth in the park between the hours of 9AM and 7PM beginning Saturday, May 25 (weekends only) and daily from June 24 to Labor Day.  The permit fee is $35 per vehicle.
